Lea Charlton is now living her dream as a work at home mother and the "driving force" behind the scenes of the successful internet-based consultancy, ALMC Solutions (www.almcsolutions.com). Lea ventured into this Internet Marketing Industry because she needed a flexible way to provide for her family. As a single mother, she had been trying to change the quality of her family's life for years until she learned how to use the Internet. In the late 1990's, she learned all about the World Wide Web and developed her Internet Marketing skills during the "dot com" boom. She is a self-taught .COM professional and eventually returned to college for computer programming and business management after her initial success on the Internet. After gaining more experience in helping more clients obtain search engine rank increases, Lea became a full time Internet Marketing Specialist in 2004. As a native of "the steel city", she chose the handle "Pittsburgh SEO Consultant". This was all done from her virtual office. Dr. Yvette R. Harris, PhD, received her PhD in psychology from the University of Florida with a specialization in cognitive development. She is the author of the acclaimed book, “The African-American Child”. For the past 17 years her research has focused on exploring the environmental contributions to preschool and school age cognitive development, and more recently has taken on applied focus examining the learning/ teaching patterns of African American mothers transitioning from welfare to work. She has presented her work at both national and international conferences, her research has appeared in a variety of educational and developmental journals, and her work has been funded by the National Science Foundation, Proctor and Gamble, Miami University, and the Harvard/Radcliffe Murray Research Center. She has also co-founded Camp Determination along with Bethel AME Church -- – a day camp for kids with a parent or parents, who are incarcerated who deal with these issues – to help kids increase their self esteem, communication and their anger management

Dr. Thomas Lickona is a developmental psychologist and Professor of Education at the State University of New York at Cortland, where he has done award-winning work in teacher education and currently directs the Center for the Fourth and Fifth Rs (Respect and Responsibility). Dr. Lickona is a frequent consultant to schools on character education and a frequent speaker at conferences for teachers, parents, religious educators, and other groups concerned about the moral development of young people. He has lectured across the United States and around the world on the subject of fostering character development in the school and home.

His publications include Raising Good Children (1983); Educating for Character: How Our Schools Can Teach Respect and Responsibility (1991); Educating for Character has been praised as “the definitive work in the field” and was named winner of a 1992 Christopher Award for “affirming the highest values of the human spirit.” Dr. Lickona has also been a guest on numerous radio and TV talk shows, including The Larry King Live Radio Show, Good Morning America, and Focus on the Family.
